During a trip to Milan, we visited the city’s main synagogue. As we left the synagogue, I walked on a gravel road on the way to the bus and slipped. I broke my foot. It was only after my fall that the security officer fenced the area and deemed it unsafe. Upon my return to Israel, I contacted Claim It and filed a claim. I was eventually compensated with 6,500 Euros.
